The back patio is thoughtfully set up for easy beach days and relaxed evenings. Guests will find a convenient storage chest stocked with beach gear for guest use, along with a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. An outdoor seat provides a spot to unwind, and a nearby hose makes it quick and easy to rinse off sandy beach gear after a day by the water.

The kitchen offers a functional and inviting space for everyday use. Fully equipped with essential cookware and dishes, it also includes a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and garbage disposal, making meal prep and cleanup easy—whether you’re cooking a full dinner or grabbing a quick beach‑day bite.

Stepping out of the kitchen, you’ll enter the open dining and living area, featuring bar seating for four, a dining table that comfortably seats four, and an additional mini fridge conveniently located below the countertop, making it easy to gather, dine, and relax together.

The first‑floor living space also includes a convenient half bathroom, offering easy access for guests without needing to go upstairs.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the duration of the stay
• Parking: Two designated parking spaces are available directly in front of the townhome. Please note that trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.
• Beach Access: The nearest beach access is located approximately 700 yards from the townhome, making it an easy walk or quick trip to the sand.
• A community dumpster is located at the front of the complex and is available for guests to dispose of all household trash during their stay
• For added convenience, coin‑operated laundry facilities are available on site for guest use during your stay.
• While there is no ice maker in the condo, ice cube trays are provided so you can easily make ice during your stay.
A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. Important Noise Disclosure: This townhome is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times.
