A sandy bottom does not just refer to the ocean floor, or your bum after a day at the beach! Sandy Bottom is also a completely refurbished vacation home located in the heart of Miramar Beach. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bonus room, this charming rental can accommodate up to twelve guests, who are ready spend some much-needed relaxation time on the Emerald Coast.

From the moment you arrive at the cottage-styled home, you will feel the tension relax from your shoulders as you take in its casual coastal elegance and relaxed atmosphere. This home-away-from home features its main living quarters on the first floor, living areas on the second floor, and an additional third floor retreat.

The first-floor primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bath and luxury soaking tub, TV, and access to a covered porch that overlooks the tropical yard. The guest suite includes a queen-size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and access to its own porch as well.

Ascend the stairs into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. You are greeted with a cozy seating ensemble that boasts a queen-size sleeper sofa and accent chairs that face the entertainment center. The nearby dining table seats six and the bar seats an additional three, making it a great spot for a family feast or drinks with friends. Glass doors keep the living area sunny, while also leading out to the upper-level balcony, which provides palmtop views. An additional queen bedroom is located on the second floor next to a convenient hall bath.

At the top of the next flight of stairs, you will find the final bedroom, which is its own private retreat. This room features a double/twin bunk bed. This room includes two walls of windows that offer panoramic rooftop views for all to enjoy.

This intimate getaway is located in Gulfside Cottages, a residential community that provides visitors with a number of great amenities during their stay. A community pool is only steps away from the rental, and it is only a quick three-minute stroll to the pristine Gulf Coast beach. Grocery stores, popular restaurants, an ice cream parlor, discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and more are located conveniently close. Ocean Reef Resort guests will also receive reduced rates at the nearby Seascape, which boasts a championship golf course and tennis courts.

First Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-in Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: Loft with Full Bunk.
