  • "HEAVEN ON TÄSTÄ" tässä upeassa merenrantakohteessa sijaitsevassa upeassa design-sisustuksessa Sandestin Golf & Beach Resortissa - Beachside One. Sinua tervehtii laaja avoin näkymä upeasta Meksikonlahdesta, kun astut sisään. Tilava sisäänkäynti-eteinen, joka avautuu suurelle olohuoneelle, jossa on kaunis rannikkorakenne, joka vain kirkastaa tilaa! Puhumattakaan 40 tuuman taulu-tv: stä. Condo on peitetty kauniilla 18 "laatta koko.  Parvekkeella on runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen.

    Nämä samat näkemykset ovat nähtävissä tilavasta valkoisesta keittiöstä ja tilavasta ruokailutilasta, jossa on ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6 plus 3 baarin uloste keittiön laskurissa ja jossa on ihana ikkunapaikka, joka avautuu vesivesiin.

    Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja seinän ikkunat, jotka heijastavat kuilunäkymiä, ja erillinen oma parveke, joka on suoraan edessä lahden edessä. Master-kylpyammeessa on kylpyamme, jossa on Persianlahden etuosa ja erillinen suihku. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-vuode ja Persianlahden edessä näkymät sekä TV ja DVD-soitin armoiressa. Kolmas makuuhuone on paljon suurempi ja siinä on 2 queen-size-vuodetta sekä TV ja DVD-soitin. Olohuoneessa oleva queen-size-vuodesohva tarjoaa ylimääräisiä makuupaikkoja. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu tarjoavat lisämukavuutta.

    Beachside One sijaitsee suoraan rannalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannan rantakadulta. Rakennuksessa on ilmainen WiFi, kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty uima-allas ja kuntosali kaikille vieraille. Jos päätät lähteä lomakohteeseen, on tarjolla ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu!

    Näillä yöllä, jotka haluat nauttia illasta, Baytowne Wharfin kylässä on tarjolla lukuisia ravintoloita hienosta ruokailusta pizzaan, sushiin ja muihin. Tai saalis uusin elokuva Grand Boulevardissa uudessa kymmenen näytön elokuvassa. Baytowne Marina on loistava tapa viettää iltapäivä ja nauttia lounasta tai auringonlaskua. Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Destin area and condos on the beach, but this condo was very disappointing to us, especially with safety concerns. The door to our condo was not safely secured. The deadbolt was not working because the wood was old/worn and would not properly lock and the deadbolt/latch was missing. We had to call maintenance to fix this issue and was unable to leave the condo (on our first day) with our belongings with this safety concern. The maintenance did his best "to make it work" throughout our stay. The condo is very outdated especially in the bathrooms. There is NO privacy in the master bathroom and there is NO dresser in the master bedroom. They only offered some hangers for your clothes and a 3 drawer plastic container for clothes. The kitchen is the only updated area in the condo. The dining/living area was missing curtains (to block from neighboring condo and turtle nesting season.) Most of the window coverings were thin bamboo curtains, which didn't block sunlight. We will be back to Destin, but not at Beachside 1 residence in Sandestin.

Mold in bathrooms, cabinets peeling, black stuff comes out of vent when ac is on…

Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing, there are lifeguards on the beach, security to keep the beach open for owners and renters and the shuttle to Baytowne is always convenient. The floor plan is great but this unit needs some serious attention. Outlet covers are missing (kitchen), there is an extension cord running under rugs in the living room, silver (spray painted) chairs in living room rub off on your clothes, stains on cushions and comforter, washer is moldy and smells bad, hall bath has mold on the ceilings, tile falling off (hall bath), kitchen cabinets are chipping, kitchen counters are cracked and stained and maybe the worst of all, the ac unit in the king bedroom (not the master) had black stuff blowing out of it when the ac was on. I would not recommend this unit for anyone, but especially steer clear if you have kids. The photos are very misleading. I have never taken the time to complete reviews but this unit was so bad it warranted it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. Fall Break Vacation 2024

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed this property. The location can't be beat! The pool and beach were amazing. There is one security guard that is very laid back, but then at the end of the week there was one that is very strict about having your bands on to go to the beach. Keep that in mind for your stay here. There are some things that need improvement. The internet service was horrible. They came during our stay to upgrade to a "fiber optic" internet. We thought it was going to be much better, but the back bedroom still had a slow connection. Hopefully this will improve. The master bathroom has 3 broken hooks and no towel holder at one sink. These would be easy fixes if the owner or the company would pay attention to details. There is not enough lighting in the master bedroom, and it does get hot in the afternoon from the sun in the master. Keep this in mind when you set the thermostat!They need to check the status of items. For example, there were about 30 plates, but only 4 coffee mugs. Also only 13 hangers in the entire unit that is supposed to hold 10 people. There isn't a broom, and this would be very helpful to clean out sand.The floors were very dirty and need to be deep cleaned. The ice maker was not working and initially they were communicating very well. They came 2 times and it did not get fixed, but they never communicated again to let us know the problem or when it might be resolved. Luckily we were able to get ice from the big ice maker on the first floor- but had to haul it upstairs several times.With some attention to these details, this property could be 5 stars across the board. The end unit is really nice and you get 2 balconies. They did move 2 chairs from the larger balcony to the smaller one... would be much better if they had a table with at least 4 chairs on the larger balcony. I hope these comments will be addressed as with these changes it would be the best unit in the building!

The mattresses were not comfortable but we had everything we needed. We had trouble with the TV's in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't a big deal as we really didn't need to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the reservation through check-out, our stay in San Destin was nothing short of first class. The staff was accessible 24/7 and the condo was absolutely beautiful. We had access to a golf cart and all the amazing amenities the resort offers. Platinum services is the way to go.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If very outdated was the only issue, I would not be writingthis review. The worst was ROACHES, we saw 6, one was in the bed.We did not call beacause we didnt want them to spray while we were there The washing machine was broken, this was the only thing we called to have fixed because we had 7 women 60 years old, so we had to have a washer, which they did fix. Mold on windows and patio. Cracked counter tops and tile flooring. dishwasher leaks. sink stops up. It did not ruin our trip but I would not want others to rent when you pay good money and walk in to what we was really bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. It was close to the beach. The pool was great. We loved the golf cart and the wharf. The The condo needed updating and some general repairs to be done. There was no broom in the condo and the kitchen supplies were not adequate. We had an incident with one of the cleaning people.

For some reason, we have never had a can opener in this unity. I purchased one at Publix so I hope it is still there when we return. Also, a little mold in the keurig.

Awful experience Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.
