Unit 507 is a studio unit featuring two queen beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette. This bayside gem is the perfect spot for snowbirds looking to fly south for the winter, a small family, or a friend getaway. The unit has everything you’ll need for a beach trip, stocked with a kitchenette for leftovers and beach snacks, along with laundry on site for sandy clothes and wet bathing suits. Make a cup of coffee and start your day slow or stock that fridge with champagne for a celebratory night. No matter your travel intentions, unit 507 has you covered!

While your vacation haven may only be one room, the real treasures await outside. Downstairs, you will find the private community pool, hot and cold spa, fitness center and so much more. However, the real prize is just down the road! Pilot House sits on the corner of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, an open-air marketplace that houses various restaurants, shopping, and an adventure park!
