Tämä kotipaikka sijaitsee Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resortin lahden puolella, ja se sijaitsee Canal-kanavan varrella Villa Lagon ylimmässä yhteisössä. Jokainen koti tarjoaa omaa sekoitusta Toscanan tuntuu Panhandle Floridan viehätyksestämme. Toscanan tuntuu huomaten heti kaakeloitu katto, stukki-ulko ja kuistien ympärillä olevat kolonnit. Keittiö "wow" tahansa kokki ryhmässäsi! Graniitti työtasot ja laitteet ovat aivan uusia, sillä tämä koti oli juuri valmis vuonna 2016. On runsaasti vastatilaa ja jopa enemmän säilytystilaa, joka sopii erinomaisesti pientä välipalaa nauttimaan patioista tai pakkaa jokaiselle jotakin ja luo auringonlaskun piknik - Toscanan tyyliin! Suuressa asuintilassa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutumiseen ja lataamiseen seuraavaan seikkailuun saakka. On jopa ensimmäisen kerroksen puoli kylpy ylimääräistä yksityisyyttä.

Toisessa kerroksessa on kaikki kodin neljä makuuhuonetta. On kaksi master-sviittiä, joissa kussakin on oma kylpyhuone ja oma kylpyhuone. Molemmat ovat kauniisti kaakeloituja, joissa on kaksinkertainen turhuus ja suihkukaappi. Päämestari-sviitissä on erillinen poreallas ja suihku. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Neljäs makuuhuone sopii lapsille, joilla on täysi kokoinen kerrossänky ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku.

Nyt on aika jättää Emerald Coast Tuscan Villa ja saada uusi asenne! Hyppä�� johonkin kodin golfkärrystä tai valmistele pyöräsi ja aloita kauniisen lomakeskuksen etsintä, jossa olet aivan muutaman minuutin päässä lomakohteesta parhaimmillaan! Village Baytowne Wharf on aivan nurkan takana ja tarjoaa aina upeita vaihtoehtoja perheen hauskanpitoon! Kausitoiminnot, kuten ulkona elävät elokuvat, live-konsertit, ilotulitus ja muut, ovat vain esimerkkejä hauskoista tavoista viettää iltoja. Voit myös aterioida yhdessä The Village -hotellin kymmenistä ravintoloista tai tehdä ostoksia yhdestä monista ainutlaatuisista vähittäiskaupoista.

I would have given it 5 stars if not for the living room furniture that was not in the best of shape. However I do see from the picture posted showing the living room the furniture has been replaced.Other than that a fabulous experience and will be back.

Family Vacation Fun!

We have stayed in Villa Lago several times but this was a new home for us and we loved everything about it, perfect for our party of 10. The kids room was the best we have had, even with their own bathroom. All the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, great laundry room. We were all able to explore the resort on the golf carts. We will definitely try and secure this one again next year!

The property is wonderful. Our only complaint was the owner did it provide the basics like paper towels trash bags dishwasher soap etc for the time we were there. You would think those small necessities would be provided in an upscale property such as this.

The house was pristine, spacious and everyone had their own private space. The two golf carts were so helpful in getting us around. We loved the two pools, and the entire area. While it's not on the beach, it's a very short distance, and we like it that way! We will definitely come back.

We had one that had no turn signal and could not go faster than 16 MPH. My advice, don't count on the golf carts as transportation. Other than that the house was beautiful and very clean. Very spacious home. Perfect for family. Clean. A few things were broken like headlights on golf cart, dinning room chair, and towel rack in one of the bathrooms. If you book and stay longer than 3 days bring garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishsoap, they only provide enough for 2 days. Watch the parking, they are serious about not parking on the grass, we were fined $100 for a front tire on the grass before we realized and could fix,

Overall great experience

The house was great and location was awesome. We were told we would have 2 golf carts and only had 1 the entire trip. This became a huge issue for us for we were there for work and pleasure. My family had to Uber to places so made things difficult. Next time would like to know that prior to arrival so we could have taken another car. Overall good experience just felt we paid for location with 2 carts and only had 1.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is a great place to stay for the family! The accommodations are very nice, and the kitchen is stocked with several appliances that are not routinely found in most rental properties. A few suggestions about the golf carts: 1) The carts, especially the white one, needs to be upgraded to adhere to guidelines posted (i.e., seat belts, turn signals, etc.). 2) Even though the information stated that you can charge one cart at a time, the garage door needs to be raised whether one or both carts are being charged since the carbon monoxide alarm still went off with just one being charged at a time.

Fun For All - Fabulous Stayll!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is extremely nice!! Don't hesitate to book it!! A 5-bedroom 5-bathroom home was hard to find during the week we chose, but we lucked upon this place and truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in any vacation home we've rented. The location is extremely close to several beaches which is a plus!! One of the golf carts was in the shop being repaired, so we unfortunately only had one to use, but that didn't slow us down. There's the Tram you can use for transportation and lots to do in walking distance. The pool is only a 2-minute walk from the home!! The furniture is so comfortable and the bathroom in the Master Suite is so luxurious. We will definitely book this home and neighborhood again for our next beach vacation!!!

Perfect property for a group of friends!

The property was exactly as advertised and we had a great time! The beds & furniture were comfortable and met our needs for the 5 couples staying there for the weekend. My only complaints are the hot water heater really needs to be upgraded so that there is enough hot water for the amount of people that stay there. A tankless water heater would be much better as several of us had to take cold showers. Secondly, the yellow golf cart desperately needs new breaks. I tried several ways to report it to the rental company through the app and responded to a direct text with no response. Therefore, we only had use of one of the golf carts for 10 people. We love this area because of the golf cart friendly location to local shops and restaurants so this was a disappointment. Finally, the ice maker did not work at all. Overall, this is a beautiful property and with the few improvements listed above, we would definitely stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. Two of the beds upstairs were missing slats and/or legs that supported the frame, which caused a problem. But, maintenance came the next day and replaced/repaired slats and legs on the beds. Regarding the number of vehicles allowed on the driveway, there was a discrepancy in the property description and the what the app stated when logging in. We specifically chose the property because the description read that three vehicles were allowed in the driveway. Unfortunately, we were only allowed two. This caused a bit of problem because of the back and forth to get the third vehicle. There were plenty of activities, restaurants, and the beach was great! With all of that being said, it was a 4/5 experience.

Deadly Hydrogen Gas From Golf Carts

Our stay was eventful, as we arrived to the carbon monoxide detectors blaring through the house. I called a VH rep only for them to say “crack the garage door, go out to dinner, come back and 9-10 chance it will turn off. And you’ll be fine” With 7 children with us, this was NOT an option, as safety is paramount. We were given the option to call the non emergency line. Firetrucks came and assessed the beautiful home while as our whole family waited outside horrified. The firemen informed us that carbon monoxide was not detected HOWEVER deadly amounts of hydrogen were found due to people leaving the golf carts plugged in the garage with no ventilation. The firemen were appalled noting that we avoided a deadly situation, praising us for not brushing off the directions of VH’s representative. We were told this happens often at this home. The property itself was gorgeous, we love coming to the Baytowne area (this was our 3rd time). We tried to overlook our first day and having to call the fire dept for a recurring , deadly issue that could have been mitigated, but we couldn’t get over how terribly we were in danger from the first night. We appreciate the local FD and wish that there was more concern for safety as with had several interactions with Vacation Haven staff who all brushed off the severity of our experience.

Sandestin House Rental

The house was great. Very spacious and well maintained. It was very well furnished and provided all of the supplies we needed. The golf carts were a great benefit. However we did have one scary incident. We were awakened at 3:15 am by the alarm system warning us that there was carbon monoxide in the house. I dialed 911 and they sent the fire department. They said there were high levels of hydrogen gas. The gas came from the golf carts charging in the garage. Although the house rules say keep the carts charging whenever they’re not being used the fire department says don’t charge them overnight unless you leave the garage up. The management company did say they would update the procedure regarding charging the golf carts. Outside of that incident we loved the house. We would definitely rent it again.

Perfect for our family.

3 negatives but everything else was perfection. 1. The back grass was a foot high. 2. The dryer wasn’t drying. (Maintenance can and said the dryer vent was backed up so they removed it from the wall which fixed the problem while we were there. Should come back to clean the dryer vent to outside) 3. Online it says to plug the golf carts in when not using. (We did) the were also both plugged in when we arrived. The problem was there is a small sign on the wall that says do not plug both golf carts in at the same time. It will set off the Corbin monoxide detector...... (which we did!!!) we called maintenance before realizing the problem and opening the garage to air out. When calling maintenance the receptionist didn’t know anything about the golf cart issue. (They are electric but the batteries when charging give off some kind of Oder which the detectors recognize.) All of the above where not property issues. The house was amazing. Decorated perfectly. It was super clean which I can’t thank enough because we had a 4 week old with us. The house, rooms and set up was plenty big enough for our party of 14. Everything was accessible via golf cart. Which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend. One other downside which has nothing to do with the property. The beach was the worst party IMO. The hotels/towers/condos on the beach put out tents and chairs which take up most of the beach and views. Very little room for you to set up your own unless you walk a mile down. Worst part of the trip.
