- 2 Pools (one pool is seasonally heated and has a hot tub)
- The heated pool is a 2-3 minute walk. I can walk to the beach in 7 minutes. I also provide all guests a parking pass that allows you to park anywhere within the complex. This creates your walk to the pool basically zero minutes. The beach walk is then 2-3 minutes. There is a wash area to remove any sand from yourselves or accessories taken to the beach.

Inside you'll find 3 relaxing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ENTIRE HOUSE has just received a complete update with ALL NEW furniture, beds, mattresses, linens, appliances, countertops, and fixtures in a breezy coastal style to complement the amazing natural surroundings of Florida's Emerald Coast.

The living area is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and convenient tables for that cool drink. Enjoy a movie with the family on the 55 inch wall mounted LED TV. The kitchen makes food preparation a breeze with all new stainless steel appliances and thoughtful touches like a coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and stemless wine glasses. There's seating for up to 8 at the main dining table and an adjacent table/workspace with seating for 2. Or enjoy a cookout on the back patio with an outdoor seating area and ALL NEW Weber grill. The choice is yours!

There is also a smaller dining table/work area so you can work, or the kids can attend school remotely, without having to move for every meal at the main dining table. It's all about flexibility to meet your needs.

The large main bedroom has a KING BED, attached bath with garden tub/shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has full over full bunks with a twin size pull-out trundle. All the bedrooms have wall mounted 43 inch LED TVs to kick back and relax after a fun-filled day at the beach.

We haven't forgotten the kids, either. There's a beach wagon, boogie boards, basketball court, and two on-site pools (one heated)! Other community amenities include tennis courts, shuffleboard, and an exercise room.

For your convenience, a welcome kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (2), and laundry pods (2) is provided to allow you to relax before stocking additional supplies needed for your stay. Since personal preferences vary greatly on toiletries, please bring your own shower soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, sunscreen, and beach towels.

And Now the Rules
The rules are to ensure the privacy of the guests and to be in compliance with the HOA guidelines. It is essential to respect the neighborhood. Failure of any guest to follow the house rules or the rental agreement or the rules stated here are subject to eviction.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older to stay in the property (This does not apply to children accompanied by their parents).

As a condition of your reservation, indicate who are the members of your group (with age) and the reason for your visit.

Under no circumstances shall guests reside at the property that are not on the approved guests list unless written approval has been given..

ABSOLUTELY - No Smoking or Vaping is allowed on the property.

ABSOLUTELY - No parking on the street, grass right-of-way, yard or across the driveway apron or the side walk. Violators are subject to being fined and their vehicle towed from the premises.

Parking is allowed on the driveway.

ABSOLUTELY - NO boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, buses, rented golf carts, 2-3 wheel scooters, mo-peds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards are allowed.

The property is patrolled by security for the safe enjoyment of everyone.

ABSOLUTELY - No college groups and or parties.

This is a family orientated neighborhood.
