”Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

”The lady at the front desk seemed to be the only employee and was away from the desk so I waited about 15 minutes before I could check in. The pool was locked up but she unlocked it for me. It was filthy, no maintenance. So I spent 20 minutes cleaning it before I began swimming. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept running out of supplies.”
