”We were a group of four Finns. Our room was quite large and we had a nice view to the lake and the mountains, even though we were in the first floor. The included breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. The service was amazing. We also had no problems in communicating with the staff in English. I would absolutely recommend this place for my family and friends.”

”Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty! The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something! Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. ”Absolutely recommend, large spacious room, new facilities, even a hair straightener in the bathroom. View is ok, ocean and buildings. Comfortable bed, microwave in room and extra food and cooking amenities located on level 1 along with coin laundry. Free drinks alcoholic and coffee on ground floor, some free snacks also. Rooftop terrace is lovey, has gas fire pits. Onsen is excellent also. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

”Great staff and very nice place overall, especially the onsen was great. But the food was bad. And there’s nowhere else to eat at this location after 16.00 afaik. If you go here, bring your own food. You’re better off with 7-eleven snacks than with the overpriced tiny TV meals that the “restaurant” offers. Also the room had no working ac. Temperature was fine but humidity was 100. Pricing was not that transparent either, our +1 additional guest cost us more than the room itself but hotels...
