If you're seeking a comfortable and convenient location to stay just minutes away from Downtown KC, KU hospital, and The Plaza, look no further! You're five minutes away from Johnson Dr. where all the cool shops and restaurants are. This cute property is well-equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay in both KC. This property has high-speed internet, a comfortable workspace, a sunroom, and a grill.



The Space:

The bungalow features a nice-sized living room with a couch and multiple chairs for relaxing and is equipped with a smart TV.



The dining room is equipped with a table that can seat up to 6 people, making it perfect for a dinner with friends and family.



The cute kitchen has been recently renovated and features stainless steel appliances. All the cookware and dishware you'll need to prepare your meals are provided.



Each bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, complete with lush pillows to ensure you get the much-needed rest you deserve. There's plenty of extra storage available with a dresser and closet space.



You'll have private parking via a driveway that can fit up to four vehicles and a really nice neighbor.



A washer and dryer are available in the garage, and we look forward to hosting you at our quiet and amazing property!



Guest Access:

Guests are able to access the entire space except for the basement.



Other Things to Note:

* Parties - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED in any circumstances. All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $800 fine.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
