Super kodikas viehättävä vintage bungalow

Kauniilla turvallisella alueella sijaitseva, tunnet olosi kotoisaksi tässä hiljattain remontoidussa Vintage 1910-Bungalowissa. Tämä historiallinen koti säilyttää edelleen kaiken viehätyksensä ja luonteensa kaikilla moderneilla mukavuuksilla. Rentoudu katetulla esiportaalla tai nauti takaluukusta grillata jotain illalliseen. Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä makuuhuone, 2 queen-vuode ja 1 parisänky. 1 kylpyhuone täydellä suihkulla, täysin varustettu keittiö, Mudroom kahvin kanssa ja pesula-alue, ruokasali- ja oleskelutila, iso aurinkotuola oleskelualueella. Pysäköi kuten takapihan asettaminen kävelypolulla talon viereen, ajotieltä, jossa on paljon pysäköintialueita. Keskeisellä paikalla, josta pääsee helposti kaikkeen, olemme kätevästi Country Club Plazalla, Kansas Cityn keskustassa ja Power & Light District -alueella. Tämä on loistava kotipesä kaikkiin tarpeisiisi. Perustettu myös liikematkustajien majoitusta varten.

Historic property, great character and such ease of check in/check out.This was exactly what we needed in a convenient location. The house was spacious, beds comfortable, and managing the stay was low maintenance- which we appreciate!I was grateful for the soundscape clock and the air conditioner fan upstairs that help keep any loud traffic sounds at bay.Thank you- wonderful stay!

Quaint cabin in beautiful surroundings

Arrival and check in was easy and the cabin was as described in the listing. The grounds were beautiful and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring. Thoughts on Floyd St. house

Took me awhile to figure out the coffee pot and the TV, but got along fine. It was nice to have comfortable seating for just visiting. Called our hostess, Patricia, several times - not once did she show impatience. So appreciated her kindness.

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed in this home while visiting for a conference. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen needs, and close to everything. It was just the two of us; however, it has plenty of space for a larger family stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming home in a great location

My husband and 21 year old son traveled to KC to visit family. Excellent location for our purpose. This lovely old home has lots of character. The living space accommodates 3 easily, but may not provide enough seating for more. Three real beds, nicely remodeled kitchen, clean, fast communication with host. There s only one bathroom, which might be a concern. The bathroom has been remodeled and the shower is great. Overall, I highly recommend- would stay again.

location, location, location...!

Home is in a neighborhood, so it felt homey.At the end of the street so it was free from local traffic. So easy to get to I 35, Brookside, Plaza and Westport area. First floor has everything you need although there is an upstairs for more guests. Back porch looks like it would be wonderful in warmer weather. Enjoyed the ease of getting around and comfort of home. Would stay again.
