”Very friendly staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 1 of my friends/their friends daughter…staff was so nice to them sometimes kids are not treated so friendly at places/hotels. Bfast was awesome- tons of choices. Pool was nice. Only a few issues: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So we often had to wait. And in the gulf the buildings are up on risers- so the elevator was a needed item from the get go. Also no spot to pull in and register or drop off luggage/ people in the parking...

”my wife looked out the window to check out the bay view and only saw an cemetery. Also all I drank at the hotel was one beer and they had two beers on my bill, so people read your bills carefully on check out.”

”no valet, have to walk too far to park your own car, kiosk did not work to check in. chelse at the check in desk very nice and helpful, no room service. concert was amazing good organization. no luggage carts to carry your luggage on. room very nice and clean”
