  • Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2 bath unit has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

    Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

    *2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

    The home has the perfect configuration for two families or groups. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space.

    Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

    The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

    2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed and Two twins (One of the beds is a trundle, Upstairs)

    Ride your ATV from the home! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can access many of Moab’s most popular trails via Spanish Valley Drive just behind the complex. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

    We host many other townhomes in this community. If you are traveling as a group and need multiple units close together, please reach out! We also offer a group discount!

Perfect place to stay, just south of Moab - parking for our truck and ATV trailer was easy. Awesome large table was perfect for dinners and board games - will definitely book again!

Great place

We loved the location and the rental was exceptional clean and everything we needed. There were 2 parking spots outside our rental which was fantastic! The pool was not close but in walking distance and was newly renovated. We would definitely stay there again.

The perfect adventure, home away from home

I brought my 80 year old mom to check out arches and canyon lands, and this was the most wonderful place for us to stay in order to access all the parks! At night it was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of hiking to take a couple laps in the pool and hang out in the hot tub meeting interesting people from all over the place. We highly recommend this to any future travelers!

Good location

Good location. It would be so appreciated if one pool was designated for kids and one for adults. Bed and pillows could of been more comfortable for sure. Back patio and grill were great.

Clean and Conveniently Located

The property was clean and the furnishing were comfortable. There were adequate kitchen supplies, I appreciated the hand soap/dish soap /laundry supply boxes provided. Arches NP is a 10 minute drive away and Canyonlands NP is about 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and shops/grocery with a couple minute drive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Only complaint was that it was hard to find in the dark. The directions said it was the first building on the right and it was on the left. Everything else was great! Enjoyed the pool and the quiet atmosphere. Nice and clean too!

Much better than staying in a hotel for a week. We had one issue with the hot water heater going out but management was right on top of it and we learned some local secrets for trails from the plumber who came to fix it so it was truly a blessing in disguise. When we take our next trip to Moab, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay in Moab

This was a great condo to stay in. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfy including the hide a bed in the living room! Two things that caught me off guard was that the washing machine was broken. I had packed lighter knowing I had a washer and dryer and was not notified of this before getting there. The other second one was that the views of the canyon walls from the back patio and master bedroom are now blocked by a new condo that must have been built after the pictures were taken. That being said we still enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub after our long days of hiking was fabulous.

Would choose this place as a last resort

I'll start with the Pro's- The place was new and clean, lots of parking and easy to get to our building, the pool is nice The Con's- Pretty noisy being right next to the highway, minimal pans to cook with, grill was not clean and caught on fire, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the beds also have about every bolt and screw loose, you get three 11 gallon trash bags for the stay which if you are there for one week like we were then you go thru them pretty fast with a family, there is no hand soap, the ac and furnace unit sounds like a jet engine in the house, the lawn keeper blows grass clippings all around the entrances to the homes, we tried to reach the office a number of times and no one picked up.

Overall our stay was ok. This unit was a great size for two couples. There were a few negatives……the a/c is so loud. Front bedroom facing the parking lot very hot. Thank goodness we travel with a fan. One of the bathroom sinks in the other bathroom was stopped up. Left messages about it. We poured broiling water down it 3 different times. It worked to drain the standing water. We purchased a coffee maker & left it. There was only a 4 cup coffee maker there when we arrived.
