The home was nice and displayed normal ware and tear. It was quite and the neighborhood was great. It was close to town and had a well stocked clean kitchen. The primary bath shower was awesome. We plan to return with more members of the family.

Great place to stay

This was a great unit in a nice condo complex. Nice lighting, comfortable furnishings, it was great to have access to the garage. It was a nice area to walk the fur baby. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener. We had one issue with the condo complex that wasn’t cared for to our satisfaction but it shouldn’t affect your stay.

Our family had a great time in Moab. This property was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had everything we needed and more. For a family with 4 teens and a dog, the space worked well. The kids loved walking across the road to the pool.

Almost clean except for the pet hair everywhere

Chose this place because of the pool and the ability for all of us to have our own beds. The cleaning fees were exceptionally high but I assumed it was due to some COVID-19 extra measures. Hard to believe the rest of the place is clean when there’s per hair all over the bedding, the couches, the kitchen table, the coffee table, the night stands. I felt like I was inhaling it. We had to put sheets on the couch to sit there without getting hair all over our clothes. The pool code didn’t work. Trying to contact management through email or get any reply never happened. I did call the (800) to get a correct pool code. Nice location, learned a valuable lesson, don’t stay at “pet friendly” places.

Property Review - improvements needed

This was a great location. Overall a nice place. It was clean except the dining room table was sticky and crumbs in the cracks. We had 5 adults with us and there were not very many pieces of silverware, washed silverware after each meal. We couldn't close the living room blinds because they were broken. One of the refrigerator drawer fronts was disconnected. The swimming pool code didn't work, but someone let us in. The price was reasonable to rent, but the cleaning and fees doubled the price. Just being honest, I would probably look for a place in the area, but not this specific property. :)

Quiet and Convenient

Nice home w/garage. Everything worked well. Only reason for not 5 stars-Couch is damaged w/burn hole/stains and Master mattress has dips where 2 persons would sleep-both need replacing. Would have been 3 stars but pricing/value is great. Wonderful location just out of town yet easy access to hwy. Will stay in this neighborhood again.

Great place

Great place to stay with a family! Beautiful location and close to the pool. Had everything you need and clean for being pet friendly. Easy to work with when I let them know about my dogs that were coming too. The only problem was the WiFi barely worked, but wasn’t important for us when we were enjoying the area. Will stay there again in the future!

Nice property, near lots of activities.

We had a great time staying in this property. We have very few complaints but there are a some notable issues that should be rectified. The ad says sleeps 8 but it really only sleeps 6 comfortably. The rollaway beds are not convenient or comfortable. Two of our party ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable. There was only one smallish spoon but lots of large ones. The garage is super nice to have for the activities we were doing but use of the remote keypad or a remote would have been great. Going around to the front door when leaving or arriving is less than convenient. The WiFi is spotty at best and only really worked well right after being reset, then it would need another reset in a few hours for it to work, and so on. Hot tub and pool are nice but the jets in the hot tub don’t work properly. There are lots of bubbles but the jets for the lower back area don’t work at all. Various lights are burned out, notably the front door outside light and the master bedroom shower light. And lastly just a minor point, the towel hook in the men’s pool shower is broken. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Moab 2019 adventure

Accommodations were great. We traveled with another couple and the unit was spacious enough so if we wanted privacy we had it. Much better than a hotel stay where you would have to visit each other’s room. Unit was clean and well equipped. One minor issue was that the WiFi failed intermittently. You may need to have the provider check their router. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, beautiful setting, poor communication by Vacasa, needs update

This is an outstanding place to stay because of the layout of the townhouse. The management company doesn't answer emails. On the phone they are very polite but clueless wrt to the property. Instructions in the house as to pool and hot tub location are wrong and don't provide the location of either. Appliances noisy and need replacement. TVs poor quality. All out of date and past useful life. Towels are worn out. Sheets need replacement. Cleaning crew needs to consider checking utensils as all needed to be washed. And replace inline water filter in frig. Internet is very slow and router is borderline to functional. Gas fireplace works great. We had a wonderful time despite these limitations. I hope the property owner holds the management company to a higher performance standard.

Great Location, but needs updating.

It was a great stay however it needs to be updated. Some items were broken in the dishwasher and washing machines. And although I’m a dog owner and love the opportunity it provides to bring pets as a result the Couches were super dirty. We were told by Vacasa that the pools were closed but when we got there we found they were all open. However, when all is said and done it was in a great location, pool right across the street and it was clean.

Moab property

We loved the condo and the layout. Everything we needed was there. The only thing we noticed and did let the property manager know about right after we arrived was the couch was dirty and it had what appeared to be a small burn spot on it. The carpeting also needed to be shampooed especially in the living room. We loved the location for the national parks and it was in a great area that we felt very safe in. We would rent it again or suggest it to others.

Nice condo - great for young family

Stayed here with my wife and 3 kids (4,2, and 3 months). Great place to stay as we enjoyed all Moab has to offer. Was nice to have room for all of us to relax and sleep. Felt amazing to arrive to an air conditioned condo when it was 104 degrees outside. Kids had their own bathroom and the master bathroom/bedroom are excellent and very large. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge was so cold that it turned the last of our Diet Coke to a slush. Kids loved coming home to popsicles in the freezer. We used the propane grill on the patio to cook steak one night. It worked great. I like staying at a place with laundry facilities. Let’s us wash our clothes the night before leaving. One less than thing to do upon getting home. We didn’t use the pool right by condo - personal choice. Lot of people there and my kids wanted to play on the slides at the Moab Acquatic Center - short 8 minute drive. But looked like other families were enjoying the pool. For the price, I don’t think you could beat this condo.

Nice location, dirty couch, door locks didn't work and not enough TP.

We rented this because it had a big couch to fit the whole family but the couch was dirty and fabric torn. Master Bedroom and shared bathroom locks did not work which was bothersome and not enough TP was stocked which was really bothersome.

Everything we needed! Stay was great!

We only had 2 adults and 1 kid but there is definitely room for more people comfortably. Condo had everything we needed and so close to town. *1 bedroom didn't have blinds so we didn't use that room.
