    Kauniisti sisustettu 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen Southgate Village -huoneisto, joka sijaitsee lyhyen 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Moabin keskustasta etelään, vain Moab KOA: n ohi. Rauhallisella alueella, kotimme tarjoaa ihanteellisen pääsyn kaikkiin alueen parhaisiin mukavuuksiin - kansallispuistoihin, maastopyöräily- ja retkeilyreitteihin, 4-pyöräisten seikkailuihin ja muihin.

    Kotimme sisältää avoimen konseptin pohjapiirroksen, täysin varustetun keittiön ruostumattomalla varastuksella varustetuilla keittiöillä, kaasutakka pääasiallisessa asuintilassa, maanpinnan terassi ulkoterasseilla ja kaasugrilli sekä kahden auton autotalli, jolla on laajennettu korkeus yläovi, joten jeepit sopivat mukavasti! Autotallen lisäksi on tilaa pysäköidä jopa kaksi ajoneuvoa ajotieltä ja koko alueella on runsaasti pysäköintialueita perävaunuille ja kuorma-autoille.

    Perheystävällinen vuokra tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa lapsille tai useille ystäväryhmille. Se on täydellinen autiomaapaikka, josta on vertaansa vailla kauniit näkymät La Sal -vuorille ja Moab-vanteelle.

    Allas ja poreallas ovat saatavana maaliskuusta lokakuuhun. Allas avataan myöhemmin ja sulkeutuu aikaisemmin vuonna. Pääsy riippuu säästä ja kunnossapidosta.

    Varaa vähintään viikko ja 10%: n alennus sovelletaan automaattisesti (ei koske Jeep-viikkoa).

    Peruutussäännöt: Peruutuksista, jotka tehdään yli kolmekymmentä (30) päivää ennen saapumista, ei aiheudu rangaistusta, ja kaikki maksetut summat palautetaan kokonaisuudessaan. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 30 (30) päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen. I had problems with the door code but called and they picked up on the first ring gave me a backup code and remote unlocked the door so we could get in right away. They even texted to follow up to make sure everything was ok. Will rent again on next trip if it's available.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the door code when we arrived, the management staff took care of this right away. The purpose of our visit was to explore/hike the National Parks, we felt this was a perfect location. It was nice to have access to the pool and hot tub after a long day hiking. The town has many shops and restaurants and there are nice Markets for groceries if you want to cook in. We definitely would stay in this rental again and recommend the rental to relatives and friends.The only suggestion would be to provide cushions for the outdoor patio furniture.

Beautiful views and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the bedrooms and the kitchen table were beautiful, and the place was clean. We also liked the small bin of dog items, we used the blankets and bowl. Our one complaint was that it was a bit too hot to sleep. We opened the windows which cooled things down, but there was a lot of road noise. I then closed our window, but I kept hearing a bumping sound throughout the night (probably from a family members window but I'm not sure). We couldn't adjust the temperature because it was set to the lowest temperature allowed due to a possible icing over of the AC. But everyone else seemed to sleep well, so it worked well for my family.

It had a ton of space (large bedrooms and good-sized bathrooms), and the outdoor areas were amazing! The location was great--quick & easy to get downtown (~10 minutes). While we didn't utilize them, lots of dog supplies were provided and there were tons of games and children's books.There were no kitchen trash bags provided (and there wasn't one in the trash can when we arrived), but they quickly brought some over for us. It also appeared not to have been swept/vacuumed or mopped, which was disappointing. We were also surprised that there were no tissues, lotion, body wash, or shampoo and/or conditioner.

Great location

We chose this property for its easy access to Arches National Park and Canyonlands (~15 minutes to Arches and an hour to Canyonlands). The property was immaculately clean. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the use of the garage (and the garage door remote that was provided— thanks!) Deducted one star from the overall score for a couple of reasons. The living room sofa was very worn, lumpy, and saggy, and should really be replaced. And the kitchen was lacking some essentials, such as a cutting board, liquid hand soap, and some microwave safe serving bowls and cookware. These are easily solved issues, though, and once addressed this would be a 5 star property. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't travel for the accommodations but where I stay is important. This is my second year here and it was a pleasant experience.Everything about the house is nice and convenient. No problems with anything in the house and it is right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go.I am pretty sure we will be coming back to Moab (God willing) and would like to stay there again.
