”The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. ”

”Great remodeled apartment - new, clean, and fresh. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. The owners were very nice and highly responsive.
Two small improvements:
•A later checkout than 10 AM would help, especially after a long hike the day before.
•The balcony grill was dirty and not usable.

”The property was super clean and very nicely decorated. Everything that was needed was provided. The studio was in a great location and we were able to walk to many different restaurants to eat and shop. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Ellen & Mike gave us great suggestions on places to eat and they were all amazing. We have been to Moab seven times but this was our best trip ever. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
