”Very interesting this was a humanist check-in. Nobody on site, but everything was impeccable. I’m not very good with stuff like this and they made it so easy very impressed. Lovely lovely location.”

”We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered.”

”This is an old property. It is not clean and needs refurbished ASAP. No hair dryer. Sheets dirty, it smells like garbage. Don’t open the frig! Smells awful.”

”IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe...

”Gabe was amazing! We had been going through it before getting to the hotel. It was a bad night. This experience was very different! Gabe was, by far, the most polite and helpful greeting we had witnessed. He was so kind and patient! He definitely made our stay much better!! He's a keeper!”

”The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.”

”The staff here is amazing and beyond helpful. When the A/C was making a loud noise, they graciously moved us to another room. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. Convenient location for highway access.”
