”I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. ”

”Front desk associate was very nice. But, didn’t stay because as soon as parked the car we were approached by a guy asking for money assuring us it wasn’t for drugs…. Sketchy part of town. Did not feel it was a safe area.”

”The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also good water pressure in the shower and the beds were clean. However, the wall paint in the room was peeling, and the kitchenette was dirty. The bath towel got lint all over me as I dried off. It smelled like marijuana in the halls and one person was even smoking a cigarette as he came out of his room while the whole hotel was clearly marked “no smoking”. The elevator and one of the lobby doors didn’t work. ”

”This is not the place expected... It's a good hotel for the homeless to hang out and trap. It's roach infested and probably bed bugs too,as I got up I was itching.they have no fridge or microwave in room . No blow dryer .the ac didn't work. It smelt so bad of black mold I had to burn incents and then the fire detector kept goin off. For $70 it should b condemned and remodeled cuz it damn sure ain't worth it...”

”This property is a real gem. Our cabin was quite spacious and beautifully decorated. It backed onto a greenbelt which made it green and serene. The hosts are delightful and the varied items in the delicious breakfast buffet met all dietary needs. We hope to return.”

”We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

”I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. ”

”The Dwell is quaint and full of character at the same time. Staff members were top notch in every way. Drink menu downstairs was solid and bartenders were superb. Will visit again and this will be where I stay again. ”

”The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again ”

”We stayed for our anniversary weekend. From the moment we checked in, to checking out 4 days later, the staff was polite, the maid service was wonderful, and the hotel is clean!”

”Property could use a few upgrades such as shower rails being fixed, carpet stains cleaned and definitely needs new mattresses. Other than that, it was pretty good. Indoor pool & fitness center was nice. ”
