Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and 1 cot and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot and 1 baby bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Modica, 450 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 20 cars) in a carport and on the property.
