Villa Madra is a characteristic and welcoming one-story age-old estate in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Madra you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Madra is 700 square meters (7500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10.5 km (6.5 miles) from the center of Modica, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), a grocery store at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Pozzallo beach) at 19 km (roughly 11.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Madra from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Madra you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the swimming pool.
Patio 2
The second patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with wood benches and with tables and chairs.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include two sofas and armchairs. The eight dining tables can accommodate 18 guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio through two French doors. The room also has a glass wall with a view of the patio and of the swimming pool. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has two windows.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second patio through an external access. In the bedroom you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa and a divan bed for one guest located on the mezzanine level (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance).
