We are sorry for the misunderstanding about the pre-authorization upon arrival. This is not a charge, but a hold we make on the credit card if the guest would like to pay for the extras on their departure. If our guest do not have a credit-card or prefer to pay as they go, we do not make any payment or hold on their credit card. This is just a guarantee to make the holiday more comfortable for our guest, and our customer can decide if they want this option. Kiva perhehotelli ja paljon hyviä aktivitteetteja lapsille ja aikuisille. Huone oli aika pieni, aamiainen ihan ok hintaan nähden mutta ei mitenkään loistava. Altaat olivat kivat. Antaisin hotelille 4.5tähteä.
