”This property was very clean as well as our room. No worries about bedbugs or anything like that. Staff was super friendly and super helpful.. they even scheduled a shuttle to the casino for a concert on a night that they don’t usually have a shuttle so that was very helpful for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.”

”The stay itself was nice. Some of the clients of the hotel seemed sketchy. I was approached in the hallway and solicited. So that wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend reported it to the feont desk after I left. I am not sure if anything was done about it.”

”Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not...

”We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. I have traveled for competitive cheer for 3 years. And this is one of the worst rooms if not...
