  • The holiday apartment Zahories Córner Mojácar vistas al mar is located in Mojácar, just a short walk from the beach. This 120 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine, TV, as well as books and toys for children.



    The apartment offers a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace, and a balcony. There is also a shared outdoor area with a pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower.



    Lance Nuevo beach is just a few meters from the main door. Within a one-minute walk (less than 60 meters), you will find several restaurants, bars, cafés, and a supermarket.



    Free parking is available in a garage, on the property, and on the street.



    There are no steps inside the property. However, it is not wheelchair accessible as the ramp is too steep.



    Streaming services are available upon request.



    There is an alarm system with cameras on the property, but these can be deactivated; the owner will provide instructions.



    The building has an elevator.



    Bookings from guests under 35 years old or for less than 6 nights during high season are not accepted. Parties and events are not permitted.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed, in a fabulous position overlooking the sea, with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We spent many hours on the wonderful sun-trap terrace and walking along the promenade, so we hardly needed to use the car, however the apartment comes with a secure underground parking space which is very handy. We were disappointed by the pool area and the fact that the pool didn’t appear to be open (early April), but with the beach and sea across the road this wasn’t really an issue. Sonia was a responsive host and we would love to return.

Pros: El apartamento está súper bien, es amplio y con mucha luz, la terraza es super grande con vistas al mar, por la noche escuchas desde la cama las olas romper en la orilla, las habitaciones espaciosas y los colchones y almohadas súper cómodas, los cuartos de baño tienen un tragaluz, y es muy cómodo no tener que dar la luz durante el día, la cocina moderna y espaciosa así como el salón, el sofá muy cómodo, en general puedo decir que es uno de los apartamentos más cómodos y mejor ubicados a los que he ido hasta ahora con mi familia, por último dar las gracias a Sonia, la anfitriona, que ha sido super amable y servicial antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia. Un 10 por el alojamiento y su propietaria.
