The house is 25 km from Bari and only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare. Within a 30 km radius you will find some of the most beautiful places in Puglia, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The picturesque Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, known as the “white city”, is about 40 km away.



In Cozze, during the summer, there are several restaurants and pizzerias, also offering takeaway service. Just a few steps from the villa you will find a beach club with a pool, bar, and restaurant, available for an extra fee.
