”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". ”We stayed here for 6 nights for our wedding. The rooms are outdated and need upgrading. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet is an ugly brown color. For the price you pay I think they can do better. The grounds are beautiful though and the pool is great. We were a little disapointed when we found out we had to take three elevators to make it down to the beach. Other than that we had a great trip and had a beautiful wedding in paradise.”

”Awesome place, if you have the right room . So many of the rooms have no view & we have been stuck looking at the parking lot or a huge wall in the past . Not this time! The hotel has started a new thing by putting out large round chairs at the pool for RENT.. which takes the place of two lounge chairs . Chairs are often very difficult to get as the pool is usually full. You already pay a hotel fee, plus the cost of a room and now they want more $$ for a stupid round chair… They ask guests not...
