”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”This hotel is just gorgeous. We have stayed there twice. The pools are amazing and I loved the swings overlooking the ocean. Our room had a great oceanfront view and a double sink vanity which is huge with teenage children. Note: It is quite a walk to your room depending on which tower you are in. But the hotel is lovely overall- we didn’t think any of the dining options onsite were worth the cost though. ”

Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS”

”We loved the grounds. Beautiful historic hotel with a great staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The balcony in the tower over the pool and ocean was perfect for us. At night we heard the ocean waves instead of street noise. That was awesome. Would have liked another option on site for dinner or a larger menu at the bar. ”

”The only thing I didn’t really like was the lack of lounge area by the pools. There was not enough seating compared to the size of the pools. The rest of the property is beautiful. I am disappointed with the trend of the resort fees always added on. Just roll this into the nightly price of the room”
