”My husband and I enjoyed six wonderful weeks in this house. From the moment we drove down that palm tree-lined road and stepped into the walled off courtyard, we knew we had picked the right place for our get-away. ”Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. ”Great 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and very clean. Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. ”Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.”

”A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is...

”Huoneistohotelli, jossa on eri omistajien huoneistoja. Niinpä huoneistot ovat sisustukseltaan ja varustukseltaan erilaisia. Kiinteistö on 70-lukuinen mutta hyvin ylläpidetty ja siisti. Sijainti on hyvä, mikäli käytössä on vuokra-auto. Tästä oli helppo lähteä ajamaan pitkin Mauin saarta. Edustalla on pitkä hiekkaranta ja hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannalla. Hotellilla on myös uima-allas ja lämmin poreamme. Huoneiston jäähdyttävä ilmastointi oli myös tarpeen ja tämän hotellin etu moneen muuhun...

”The property was very clean and had been upgraded. There was a bus stop right outside the entrance but it was only a ten minute walk to Waikiki beach and there were many restaurants and shops within a five minute or less walk.”

”Our main requirement was to have a one bedroom and a kitchen, The Hilton Hawaiian village met these requirements. Safety and easy beach access was another positive as well. Certain towers definitely need an update, their age is showing. The biggest negative is that if you're stsying at their "Grand Vacations" rooms, then their "timeshare" sales people will hound you into a presentation. Unfortunately, I took the time to view their pitch and it wasn't pleasant at all. They don't want you to ask...

”I love the fact that it was 3 minutes away walking from Napili beach . Close to Bobs rentals and close to groceries stores. The one bedroom suite was really nice!! The only thing I did not like that the roosters would start singing like at 330am so I had to turn on a video with raining sounds that way I could hear the singing of the roosters and it did help . ”
