”A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa.
This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites.
All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice.
The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. If you're in Mombassa for business, Premium inn is the place to be.

”My experience was over my expectations. Nice AC room with comfortable pillows, well functioning bathroom and a spacious balcony with a view. This was topped with friendly staff, reasonably nice breakfast and very cool fridge in the room so I had my coke zeros ice cold. Great stay in Mombasa located perfectly between city center, Nyali and airport.”

”I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

”Aivan upea paikka ja loistava palvelu. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Korona-ajan hygieniasta huolehdittiin hyvin ja lämpö mitattiin kaksi kertaa päivässä. Ruoka erittäin monipuolista ja hyvää. Ehdottomasti täydet pisteet.”

”Internet a bit spotty in rooms (great in reception). Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy bed - but location is sketchy as hell. Straight on the street and (as a white male) I got a lot of scary looks. Right next to the bus station so there is a lot of noise all through the night with horns blaring constantly. A shame because the hotel itself (and the staff) are lovely. Breakfast was also quite tasty in the restaurant next door (Soy).”
