This tranquil retreat is positioned on the 2nd floor of a splendid residence and benefits from access to the extensive shared gardens that stretch down to the coast, the shared pool, tennis courts, restaurant and private beach.

The apartment’s stylish interior features an elegant living/dining room with gorgeous wood flooring and panoramic sea views. The interior is stylishly modern with two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. French doors open onto a balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening aperitif whilst looking out over the Mediterranean. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan, a flat-screen TV and features French doors that open onto the balcony and incredible sea views.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a double bed with a wardrobe, a laptop-friendly workspace and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4: In the hallway, there are two further mezzanine bedrooms with 2 single beds and wardrobes above the bathrooms.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathrooms

The apartment has 2 bathrooms. One with a full bath and a wash basin.
The other is en suite to the second bedroom and fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.

Extra Charges and Information

During the summer (June, July & August), the beach and pool service incur additional charges of €14/per person/day to be paid on-site. Umbrella and cabin rental €7 per day. Alternatively, there is a flat weekly rate of €80 for the swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrella.

Please note that there is no air conditioning in this apartment.

Location
The residence is in the perfect location, on the slopes of the Cap Martin, with glorious views of the sea and Baie de Roquebrune. Whilst it is in a quiet spot, it is close to all the action and glamour of the Cote d’Azur. Although there is a private beach guests may want to explore further and there are some beautiful beaches nearby, including Plage du Golfe Bleu (10 minutes) or the Plage des Pirates (2 minutes or a lovely 12 minute walk along the coastal path).

Away from the coast, guests can enjoy the medieval village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (10 minutes), Stroll into the heart of the small town and explore its famous 10th-century castle, where visitors get a taste of life in the Middle Ages, or be awe-struck by the impressive Sainte-Marguerite Church.

The apartment is just 20 minutes from the centre of Monte Carlo, so guests can easily discover this glamorous principality. You can even follow the old customs path and walk there in less than 2 hours.

For self-catering, the market in the town of Carnolès (7 minutes) takes place every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Alternatively, there are supermarkets in the town too.

Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Arriving by train? Roquebrune-Cap-Martin railway station is a 7-minute drive.
