”My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett”

”We loved to stay this hotel. The staff was great and hotel room was very nice. Location was perfect! We didn't eat breakfast, because we needed to leave very early at morning, but we got a breakfast bag with us. ”

”The poolside al fresco dining and bar was so great. The river rafting tour they arranged was super fun, with convenient pickup from the hotel. The staff are all so nice. The room was cleaned well and was quite comfortable. ”

”Great place to stay in historic San Lazaro quarter of downtown Arequipa. Nice and attentive staff. Free parking is a great bonus. At a walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, city’s Main Square, and other important monasteries, convents, churches and museums. Clean room. This is a boutique type of a hotel that is modern but inside of a historic building in a colonial Spanish style. ”

”The Hotel is centrally located and very nice. What makes it excellent are the staff . They are amazing and friendly . They even made us a take away breakfast bag because our flight was early on leaving. We have not had this kind of dedicated service in the USA for years . We forgot what it was like to have worker that appreciate their jobs and their customers ”

”It was a great location. The restaurant was very good. Our first room was a little warm and they brought us a fan. The second room had a portable air conditioner in it, which made it very comfortable. It is in the historic area and it is logical that They have limitations on what they can do. Overall, a great experience.”

”We ssay couple of nights in this small, familyrun hotel and service in hotel was excellent. First evening they pick up us from airport and give us warm welcoming and good information about Arequipa. Taxis in Arequipa are not safe and that´s why it is safist that hotel-staff pick you up. And hotel was very nice!! Price is very cheap comparing what you get!!”

”Moved to second room as first had no window which was quite awful. Very happy with new room. Large spacious bed and room was clean and tidy. Window opened into an internal court yard so no traffic noise. Didn’t have air conditioning so asked for a fan. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Great location right in the centre.”

”The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and attentive to all my questions. However, to ensure a room that is quiet-when booking-ask for a hotel room that faces the courtyard not the busy road or parking garage. Easy walking access to historical centre, shopping, museums and many cafes. Highly recommended. ”

”Me gustó todo. Buena ubicación (5 minutos caminando de la plaza de armas) hotel muy limpio, personal amable, desayuno muy variado. Sobretodo 10 estrellas para Ángela, en la recepción del hotel, muy amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. ”
