The living room, elegant and welcoming, is equipped with a spacious lounge area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a warm fireplace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for cooking together and sharing special moments.



The villa has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds. Guests can use two bathrooms with a shower. The air conditioning system is arranged as follows: one split in one of the double bedrooms, one in the corridor serving the three rooms, and one in the living room.



The villa is completed by the delightful dining area, characterized by a large panoramic window, where it is possible to enjoy meals in a refined environment around an elegant table with high-quality chairs. From here, you can directly access a spacious terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, and a charming garden with a private pool, embellished with palm trees, orange trees, and olive trees. This garden with a pool is a true corner of peace and represents the beating heart of the villa, inviting you to spend the entire day outdoors.



The large equipped terrace is ideal for moments of conviviality, where it is possible to enjoy meals outdoors or organize barbecue dinners. The property offers outdoor parking spaces for two cars and one in the garage, with the specification that electric vehicles cannot be charged using domestic energy.



The villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Moniga del Garda, a fascinating village rich in history. In the centre, you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés not to be missed, along with picturesque streets and its ancient village with the castle that will take you back in time. The splendid beach of Moniga del Garda, with its harbour and the long walk along the lake up to Padenghe del Garda, is just 2.5 km away, while the golf club of Soiano del Lago is located 3 km away.
