”I travel the country with work and I'm in alot of hotels thru the yr, but I must say the young lady that checked me in on Wednesday afternoon around 1pm 11/5/25 was probably one of the nicest, friendliest, kindest people I've ever dealt with at a hotel reception desk. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was the only one at the desk that afternoon. I had a very long day that started at 1 am trying to fly up from Florida to Massachusetts with work. ”The Halloween/fall decor inside and outside was very much appreciated. The room temperature was always on point. No problems with the thermostat. The size of the bathroom and room were good. Toilet did run at times. Having two real chairs, wooden bench and suitcase holder were very useful. Not enough hotels have these. Thank you for having a good size round table in the room. More hotels need this as well.”
