”Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.”

”The best thing about the place was the staff. Check in was backed up and a fiasco, but staff managed it effectively and were very nice. Parking was fine, water pressure was good. There was an intense smell everywhere which I couldn’t identify. If it was a the smell of a cleaning agent it had a caustic edge to it. The chair in the room was whooped. Peeling pleather. Sticky. The laminate floor in the room was likewise very sticky, The morning coffee set up was pretty pitiful. We arrived...

”The front desk was very nice The room smelt like cheap cologne, the shower was soooo small. The water was warm, but I kept my slides on.... The bed was comfy, but the bedding was stained and very dirty The cops were there when we left, and someone was banging another door down at 4am”

”Renter a smokers room in which were we treated as outcasts our sheets and blankets had cigarette burns along with, Outlets did not work along with usb plugs, toilet seat was loose so when you used it you would have to sit straight cause toilet seat went off to the side, no amendities in rm.225 at all had to go downstairs to use microwave along with filling a waste basket with ice to keep drinks cold, Tub had dark rink around the bottom half along with black hair around bottom of toilet from...
