”We had a wonderful day at residence Inn in Providence. We’ve stayed there multiple times and we’ve never been disappointed. Waking up to the gym, which is open 24 hours and then going to the well appointed buffet. Breakfast is a real treat and a great way to get the day started. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend anyone staying in the Providence downtown area.”

”The front desk was very helpful with their driver(taxi), Charlie to bring us back from car rental return at airport and taking us early the next am to train station. The restaurant there, Fletchers’, which is not related to the Omni, was absolutely terrible.”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

”Lady on front desk very warmly welcome us. Parking was convenient, room was modest, but clean and had all listed amenities. Surprisingly quiet at night, bed was comfortable. Thank you!”

”The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

”Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.”
