”Check in and the room was great We drove in so we had our car there, I was afraid I’d get a flat tire so my niece and I each picked up a handful of long screws and nails on the driveway, we left them on the step close by our room, the maintenance guys saw us put them there they did nothing about it. Remember to always take the receipt when you eat there, as I left they messaged me wanting to charge me for another breakfast bill which I paid for”

Toucan Jacks, while not a part of the property itself, is an outstanding adjacent business that makes time spent at the property very pleasant. The only complaint is that, at least during our stay, power outages were frequent and daily. They were, however, doing quite a bit...

”The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. ”Evan was an amazing tentative host! And location is just a short hop skip and jump to the beach, located right on the famous Placencia sidewalk and close to everything within walking distance. Short walk to the hokey pokey dock.”

”This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

”My husband and I visited in January 2026 and had the most AMAZING and memorable honeymoon. The staff was wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked until the day we left. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The people who picked us up from the airport (our flight got in a couple of hours early) came within 10 minutes to pick us up early after we called and they offered us a local beer (or water).
