The Havenlodge Eclipse is a modern and comfortably furnished floating lodge, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. This unique accommodation offers everything you need for a special stay on the water. Inside, you`ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living area for children, a compact kitchen with fridge and two-burner gas stove, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The lodge is heated by a stove and radiators, making it warm and comfortable even in winter. Outside, a sunny terrace on the water invites you to enjoy breakfast, relax, or take in the surroundings. Perfect for guests looking to escape the hustle while still staying near Amsterdam.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Havenlodge Eclipse – no spaces are shared with others. You’ll enjoy your own private living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a sunny terrace right by the water.

In addition, guests are welcome to use the shared facilities at Marina Monnickendam, including canoe and boat rentals and a cozy communal BBQ area by the harbor.

1) Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

2) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

3) No Parties or Events: Our home is suitable for relaxing stays only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

4) Non-Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes inside is strictly prohibited.

5) Care & Safety: Please turn off heating/cooling units and lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

6) Trash & Cleanliness: Please place bagged rubbish in the outdoor bins provided before departure and wash any used dishes.

7) Damage Reporting: Accidents happen—please let us know right away if anything breaks so we can fix or replace it quickly.
