”Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic.
Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”

”Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept.
My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red.
The smell of the chlorine was also very strong.
I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals.

”Excellent stay for a quick night on the road. Comfy bed, quiet, very clean room, solid breakfast, well-appointed gym for a workout. Knocked a star for not having any shampoo in the bathroom and the pool had an unhealthy level of black algae growing on the bottom of the pool, so we couldn’t use the pool…disappointing :-(”
