"During our stay they were having issues with the key card device. The staff had to walk every customer to their rooms. Despite the challenge the staff remained cordial and helpful. Even at check out they found a mistake with my billing and corrected on the spot. Bottom line, phenomenal customer service! ..."

"There are no activities for kids. The restaurant wa5d a total disappointment. Service.was ok and the food was average at best. They burned my chicken. Don't waste your time eating at the restaurant."
