Casa Mortella C is a graceful two-story apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps four people. From Casa Mortella C you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the sea at a distance. Casa Mortella C is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area in the garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Casa Mortella C is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area along a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 18 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Mortella C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by awnings. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has two windows. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Mezzanine LevelBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
This room is closed by a glass door. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, as well as a glass wall that opens into the living room, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
