”We didn't end up staying because this was a different place than was advertised in the photos, it smelled bad and there was animal hair on the sheets. We were told two days before our trip that the address was different than what we had thought it was when we booked. I didn't mind this new location, it was still in the general area that we wanted. But it caused us a whole lot of issues upon arriving from out of the country at 11 p.m. We ended up calling a taxi to stay at a hotel for the night...

”This is a 2 bedroom/2 bed listing. The third bed was shot using a wide angle lens and is actually a large sunken in ottoman with a thin foam “mattress” over the top. Should not be listed as a bed. The other bedroom is the size of a full bed and more like a closet. There is no living room as the chairs set in it are not for sitting-very unpleasant Victorian like chairs. Maybe a couch? Great location. Roof deck was dirty and not maintained. Has potential with some fixes.”

”Our family came to Montreal to see the solar eclipse and give our kids a glimpse of French speaking Canada. While the location isn't in an awesome area for exploring, we always felt safe and parking was always available. The inside was so fun- each room seemed to have it's own feel to it, and we love the brick”

”Paris was super responsive and took care of all our needs during out stay. On a particularly hot day, she bought pedestal fans for us to use. The house is very spacious, clean and is in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to excellent food options. Old Montreal is a walking distance away. Highly recommended !!”

”The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It's within walking distance of transit (both bus and subway). I liked the neighborhood as it was calm and close to the Plateau. Even though the place did not have a parking spot, I did not have any issue finding street parking. As for the host, Alejandra was such a nice host. She was responsive and caring. It was easy to communicate with her, and she made the check-in and check-out process convenient. In general, it was a very pleasant experience....

”Overall the best thing is the location is perfect, right near Mt Royal Metro, its not far from Old Montreal and Old Port, and lots of great shops nearby. L'Avenue down the street is great for breakfast or lunch. Check in and out process was super easy and the host was very responsive. Towels and linens were clean and available. We did have some party goers one night in the building that kept us up 1 night. The apartment itself had clean surfaces, dishes and beds, and the bathrooms were nice....

”House is well located and furnished. It’s decently clean but the Bath is broken, and shower smells. We forgot leather belts and designer jeans and reached out 3 days after check out and our items were thrown in the garbage. Disappointed by management.”
