”Staff went above and beyond. Hotel is clean for the most part. The ice machine on the first floor has black mold everywhere so I’d avoid that if possible. The breakfast is low budget, and mostly high sugar items. Pool and hot tub area is nice and has an outdoor patio attached.”

”The main door to the room had to be slammed to close it. You could still push it a quarter of an inch ajar anyway. The bathroom fan did not work so the entire room and bathroom was damp the whole stay. Niether drains had a plug in place. The bathroom door bottom hinge was falling off so the door was hard to open and close. The lighting was poor. The overhead lights are no longer there. The lamps arent enough. And the hallway reeked. I will no longer stay at any wyndom owned...

”Be sure to have double the amount of your room charge in your bank account before checking in, there is a hold that we were not prepared for/aware of. Our door did shut and lock, but there was definitely still a gap to where we could see into the hallway. The bathroom door had a lot of scratch marks on the inside, which was odd. There was also a dark red splatter on the ceiling, which we could not determine what it was. Our window was already open when we checked in and had holes in the screen,...
