Il Poggiarello on kotisi poissa kotoa. Il Poggiarello on helmi maalaistalo yksi Toscanan kauneimmista ja ainutlaatuisista paikoista. Se sopii erinomaisesti perheelle, yhdelle tai kahdelle pariskunnalle tai pienelle ystÀvÀryhmÀlle, joka tutustuu Toscanaan ja Montalcinon kauneuteen.

Il Poggiarello uudistettiin kokonaan vuonna 2012 ja rakennettiin uusi uima-allas, jossa oli suolaista vettÀ kauniiseen maisemaan.

Il Poggiarello on valmistettu kahdesta suuresta kahden hengen huoneesta ja kolmannesta makuuhuoneesta, jota edustaa olohuone, joka voidaan helposti muuttaa mukavaksi makuuhuoneeksi.

Vaikka lÀhellÀ, Il Poggiarello on tÀysin erotettu pÀÀrakennuksesta omalla puutarhallaan ja suojaisella terassilla ulkona aterioita ja auringonottoa varten, joka tarjoaa upeimmat nÀkymÀt viinitarhoihin, laaksoon ja Amiata-vuorelle etÀisyydellÀ. Il Poggiarellon vieraat jakavat satunnaisesti uima-altaan kanssani ja perheelleni. Talosta lÀhtevÀt polut johtavat upeisiin kÀveleihin sekÀ viinitarhoihin ettÀ metsÀÀn.

Olipa sitten uima-altaalla, ihailla nÀkymÀÀ huoneistamme tai vietÀt viinitarhoissa, joita tÀmÀ maaginen paikka lumoaa. Montalcino sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Toscanan: Pienza, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia, San Giminiano, Saturnia ja sen termiset kuumat lÀhteet, Cortona ovat kaikki vÀhemmÀn kuin yksi ajaa. Montalcino tunnetaan myös kansainvÀlisesti kuuluisasta Brunello di Montalcinosta ja voimme auttaa sinua jÀrjestÀmÀÀn rÀÀtÀlöityjÀ vierailuja haluamaasi tuottajaan.

Upouusi allas (12 metriÀ x 5 metriÀ) on rakennettu suolavedellÀ (joka on paljon parempi erityisesti iholle erityisesti lapsille). Uima-altaassa on myös ranta-alue, jossa matala vesi sopii lapsille tai vain niille, jotka haluavat sekÀ aurinkoa ettÀ vettÀ!

Taloa on myös parannettu uudella keittiöllÀ ja ruokailutilalla, ja uusi terassi ja BBQ-alue ulkona.

Il Poggiarelloa ympÀröi hyvin hoidettu puutarha ja se tarjoaa majoituksen, jossa yhdistyvÀt erittÀin korkeatasoiset huonekalut ja kaikki modernit mukavuudet sÀilyttÀen Toscanan maaginen kauneus. Kaikissa vuode- ja kylpypyyhkeissÀ on myös satelliitti-tv, rajoittamaton WiFi-yhteys. tilava kylpyhuone / suihku, itsenÀinen lÀmmitys ja ilmastointi.

Il Poggiarello koostuu:

The property is located in a beautiful natural setting with breathtaking views, providing an authentic Tuscan experience. However, the house is modest and not well equipped. The pool was extremely filthy during our stay, and Camilla denied the evidence, and in addition was arrogant, which badly affected our overall experience.

If you like a 360-degree view from the top of the hill, this is the place. Amazing views, out in the country with little traffic (more tractors than cars). Very private. We wanted to sit on the patio all day.The house is very comfortable and a good home base for sampling Brunello and visiting the Montalcino vineyards.Camilla was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

We wanted to enjoy the Tuscany area and this house checked all the boxes for us. The photos can’t actually capture the true beauty of this place. The host, Camilla was so gracious and kind. Comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked with the dishes we needed. Full size refrigerator was nice too! It’s a little bit of a drive to the property but oh so worth it!

Beautiful sweeping hilltop views from this charming villa for sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed the full kitchen and option to cook in and enjoy the pergola and pool! If you stay here be sure to pin your location as it’s easy for GPS to get confused and the Villa is about 15 minutes from the town of Montalcino.

Stunning stay in a gorgeous, peaceful, one-in-lifetime setting. The private pool and surrounding views were unmatched, and the cottage is perfectly appointed, well supplied, tastefully decorated, cozy, and relaxing. The property manager went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, and her recommendations were top-notch. We will most certainly be back. You can’t miss a stay at this luxury property on your next visit to the Montalcino/Montepulciano area!

We stayed here for 9 days with our family including three children, ages 6, 3, and 1.5, and it was perfect. We had just enough room to spread out and the kids adored the patio and pool. My husband and I took in the views after bedtime while enjoying a last glass of wine by the pool. The house had everything we needed and Camilla went above and beyond as our host. We saw so much of Tuscany, but the views from the house were some of the best. What a magical spot!!

I did not want to leave. Cheerful, stylish color pallet & decor. Good internet. Postcard views. Peaceful. Relaxing. Lovely outside terrace & pool. The quibbles-no television, no coffee machine, no microwave. Sofa & coffee table are more shabby than chic. Stains. Need replacing.

The house has everything a family needs. We enjoyed the rest and silence, the wonderful pool, the nature, and the beautiful city Montalcino. We had very easy communication with Camilla and could ask her everything and had response very quick. It was nice to meet her when she and her husband arrived for the weekend in their own house. We will come back, that's for sure!

We had a wonderful week at Podere Poggiarello. Camilla was a loverly and very helpful host. The location of the villa was great, 20 min drive from the lovely town of Montalcino. The villa amenities were good, we expecially loved the terrace and the pool. What an amazing view! Thanks again for a fabulous experience.

This is an amazing property in the middle of Barolo wine country. About 15 minutes away from Montalcino along winding country roads, you are really away from it all. Set on the top of a hill, it has unparalleled views in 3 directions with amazing sunsets to enjoy from the deck while enjoying dinner. The pool is outstanding and a great refresh while under a hot Tuscan sun. I would consider the house itself rustic chic, styled in a farmhouse vibe, but was well apportioned and perhaps most importantly had fairly well functioning air conditioning. Working with Camilla was great and she was really helpful in addressing a couple of very minor issues. Overall it's a great place to get away from the crowds of the Italian summer. Plus, Montalcino is a charming town that has some great restaurants and was very chill during the week (we left on a Saturday and it seemed to be picking up a little). One minor note, as you're pretty far in the country, there were perhaps more bugs than our teenage daughters (city kids) would have preferred, but it wasn't too bad.

We had a lovely time at this secluded home at the top of a hill. Very scenic and peaceful. It was extremely restful staying at the house and we did a day trip to Sienna, about an hour drive. The nearby small town of Montalcino had some nice shops and restaurants and an interesting archeological museum, but did involve a 15-min drive on some very mountainous roads with many sharp turns. We did venture into town several times, including grocery store runs. Be sure to check the hours, as the grocery store is only open some afternoons.

Very beautiful and quiet location. The surrounding landscape and views are stunning. Our group of four adults had plenty of room in house and outside patio. The pool with surrounding olive groove was so relaxing. Short drive to many Vineyards and Montalcino. Would very much recommend this anyone looking for a relaxing Tuscan visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a very reasonable drive to Montalcino - about 20 minutes - with similar drives to great wineries large and small. We definitely took advantage of the food and wine the area offers, both at restaurants and with some fabulous local steaks grilled on the poolside BBQ. Whether you plan on spending the day lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful scenery or exploring the area, Il Poggiarello is a wonderful place to stay.

Un vrai havre de paix! La vue,la maison,l environnement sont un tout fabuleux. Camilla est trÚs réactive et trÚs disponible,elle prend beaucoup de plaisir à recevoir ces hÎtes et ça se sent! Merveilleux séjour !
