”The staff of hotel was very nice and helpful. The rooms were excellent although the renovating of the hotel still goes on (no spa yet). The breakfast was excellent.”

It was unique and well appointed. They had a small tray with biscotti and an Italian liquor waiting for us. Shower was hot. Bathroom great and well lit. Bed was very comfortable and the best pillows I had found in Italy. It is located in a centuries old palace. The room had some of the original stone exposed which...

Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...

Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The thermal spa experience is unique in the region and is awsome, especially during the fall season when it is cooler outside. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire...
