”Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.”

”With a large party of 10 the house and amenities accommodated us with ease. I would heartily recommend this villa, it’s pool and location. We all had a lovely stay which will stay in our memories. ”Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). Nous recommandons chaleureusement. ”

”i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

”The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

"Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. The only wish is that the breakfast would be better. The proberty is large and beautiful. You can easily make a long walk in the hotel area. Coming again."

"The hotel itself was lovely and surrounded by beautiful nature. However we were little bit disappointed that the spa was not included in the price of a normal room and the only option was to pay hundreds of euros more. Otherwise breakfast was nice and coffee really good. "
