Der Familienbetrieb lebt toskanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abend-/Mittagessen waren wir hervorragend umsorgt. Laura, Marcello und Michelangelo lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Uusi rakennus on sisustettu aivan älyttömän ihanasti pieniä yksityiskohtia unohtamatta. Hotelli on todella siisti ja meidän huone oli tilava ja sänky mukava. Suihku tuli normaalilla paineella ja lämpö pysyi tasaisen lämpimänä, mikä oli iloinen yllätys ja mitä kaikissa 4 tähden hotelleissakaan ei ole antaa.
Omistaja on älyttömän mukava ja vastasi iloisesti kysymyksiin yms.

Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness.
