Villa in the countryside on the Sibillini mountain

On your arrival you will find a 'rustic' veranda where you can relax, gazing at a glimpse of the Sibillini mountains during the day and a sky full of stars in the evening, with a sofa (bed) and armchairs oriented to enjoy the view.

The living room, which is the heart of the flat, is very spacious, completely renovated and bright, with two sofa beds in the middle that can be used in case of need or to enjoy an evening in front of the 34'' smart TV.

There is also a very large extendable wooden table where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. There is also a spacious desk where you can work in smart working.

The modern and very large kitchen is equipped with every accessory and all the latest appliances such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc..

There are 2 bathrooms, one on the second floor in the sleeping area complete with all sanitary fittings and a large glazed shower cubicle. The second service bathroom is on the ground floor also equipped with a functioning and usable washing machine.

Each room is equipped with all comforts. The double bedroom is equipped with a memory foam mattress (top of the range) and latex pillows. The other bedroom is equipped with single beds, bunk beds, in viscoelastic with latex pillows.

The bathroom in the rooms is complete with all amenities from sanitary & big sowher box.
