  • Villa Altrove is a charming farmhouse in the Marche region, situated on a gentle hill nestled in lush greenery and surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. Its prime location ensures an atmosphere of peace and serenity, just a few minutes from the main road connecting the coast to the picturesque village of Montemarciano.

    The villa, accessible via a private road, sits on 4,000 square meters of land rich in vegetation: bay laurel plants, fruit trees, olive trees, cypresses, oaks, and an area sheltered by majestic maritime pines. The garden is the beating heart of the property, where guests can relax in an area equipped with a large table for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, and a cozy relaxation area with sofas. Adding to the charm of the place, a characteristic covered well, guarding the entrance, adds a unique touch typical of local tradition.

    The villa, a former country house renovated in 2011, retains the rustic charm of Marche farmhouses. The exposed brick walls, wooden-beamed ceilings, and terracotta floors on the first floor blend harmoniously with the hardwood floors on the upper level. Spanning two levels, the house offers spacious and comfortable living areas, ideal for experiencing moments of total harmony with the surrounding landscape while enjoying unspoiled views and spectacular sunsets.

    On the first floor is a large open-concept space featuring a dining area, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. From here, you can access an outdoor area with a table and chairs sheltered by a Pompeian pergola. Also on the first floor are a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry/storage room, and a laundry area with a washing machine.

    The first floor houses the sleeping quarters: two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a walk-in closet. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing
