”Lemon Tree House has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. It is spacious, very comfortable (especially the beds) and well equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning. Perast is gorgeous with great waterside restaurants and a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return one day.”

”The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps...

”It was a very nice experience to stay at Ivan and Mira's house. Beautiful garden is full of roses, banana trees, rosemary and other plants. House is very solid and have many windows and ironwork. Ivan and Mira were amazing hosts. There were no issues to check in. Ivan was available all the time to answer any questions we had. House has a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. ”The house is new and clean but the area around the house is unpleasant. The matresses are very uncomfortable with sink holes in them. The owner did doublebooking and tried to kick us out in the middle of our stay there. ”
