”The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) ”Ideally located at the top of the old town. Five minute walk to the main square. Five minute walk to plenty of free parking along the town wall. Great views across the Tuscan valley from all rooms with complete privacy. Well stocked with supplies in the kitchen,laundry etc.The host was born in the town and speaks perfect English.He was easily accessible with great recommendations of his beloved home. Highly recommend. Will be back.”

Located just a few steps from the main street in the Old City you have quick access to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites - not to mention a spectacular view of the Val D’Orcia valley to the east. ”Our family of four loved our stay at this family-owned villa. It's an easy drive to Montepulciano and the surrounding region. The aesthetic of this place is on point and the apartments come with a kitchenette. Great pool and outdoor seating also. The apartments do not have AC at the time of this writing, so if you come mid summer it may be too hot. They may get it with time? Also, there is not daily cleaning or a place to do laundry at the location - just FYI. Overall, a very charming place...
