”Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.”

”Two friends - ages 70+ - decided to escape to Tuscany. Villa Nobile was the destination. Everything about it was magical, especially the grounds and astounding views. We savored every moment. The only slight disappointment was that walking to Montepulciano was very challenging on narrow, dusty roads. Fortunately, we had a car that eased our journey. A wonderful home, well located with access to so many Tuscan towns. We highly recommend it.”

”The grounds and views from the property are spectacular. There was plenty of room and privacy when needed tor 9 adults, 2 children and an infant. It is on a working farm so nearby there are goats, chickens, a rooster, bee hives, and fresh eggs. The plum orchard was in bloom and the olive groves are wonderful.there were several friendly cats roaming the property which kept the grandaughters engaged. ”We were in Italy for a family trip. The villa was perfect, everyone had their own bedroom, the kitchen was great and all of the appliances were modern and met our needs. The pool was fantastic, and the view from the pool deck was unbeatable. We did have some trouble getting the air conditioning to work, but that was because it was the first time in the season it had to be turned on. The hostess was very responsive accommodating.”

”We loved our stay at the villa. Alex and Gabrielle were very helpful before and during our stay, answering all our questions and being very responsive. The view out our front window was incredible along with the front porch and pool overlooking their vineyard and rolling hills. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, well kept, and an authentic Tuscan villa experience. And, their own wine is fabulous!”
