GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be allowed access. For security and access to the building, please send a photo of the official ID of each guest and visitor through the Airbnb chat, which will be requested at reception to verify identity and grant access to the building.
Parties are prohibited, as well as wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic drinks.
Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement charge will apply.
There will be a charge for towels and/or sheets if they are soiled by makeup or other substances.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
In case of any damage to the furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
Only the designated parking space can be used.
Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Pets are prohibited. If it`s a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
The amenity rules must be respected.
Cards and/or keys must be left in the place specified by the host.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance, and it is subject to prior reservation and cost if applicable.
The rules for each amenity must be respected, which are listed in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing.
Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
FINES

Violating any point in both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained couch, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 charge will apply).
Property damage: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Lost keys and/or cards: A replacement charge of $500 MXN will apply.
