IL FORNO - country home with garden in the heart of Chianti - 4 persons

In Montespertoli, among the rolling hills of Chianti, there is Podere Paglieri, a small family-run farm where wine and oil have been produced for generations. We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away.

The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace, ideal for tasting the company's products while admiring the view of the surrounding hills. At guests' disposal, there is also a grilling area with barbecue available.

It is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and tranquility, for those who love walking or cycling in a unique setting, or simply for those who want to relax reading a book while sipping a good glass of wine.

The large and very bright “Forno” apartment is furnished in a simple and elegant style, which combines modern elements with early 20th century furnishings. The natural elements such as the stone walls, the terracotta floor, and the wooden ceiling keep the rooms pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

You enter a large living area with a complete corner kitchen and table with chairs.

The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a private bathroom also accessible to the disabled. The second bedroom has a double bed with a loft area with cushions and a niche below.

In front of the apartment, there is a large private garden with two deck chairs, table, and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the view.

At guests' disposal: parking a stone's throw from the apartment, private garden, welcome basket with coffee, tea, sugar, water, and 1 bottle of Podere wine, sheets, towels, tablecloths, tea towels, kit first aid.

From 15/10 to 15/04 there is an extra gas fee of € 18 per day, that needs to be paid directly at the property.

At check-out, there will be a tourist tax to be paid, which is 2 € per day per person from 14 years of age. The city tax is calculated on a maximum of 6 nights.

Up to two pets are allowed.

Please note that if you have pets, there will be an additional cleaning fee of €20 to be paid at checkout.

Please do not leave pets (especially dogs) alone in the house to avoid disturbing other guests.
